Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate (SAP) is a naturally occurring water-soluble derivative of vitamin C. It is the most stable form of vitamin C, which means it does not oxidize. It’s considered the most superior form of vitamin C on the market. The commonly used L-Ascorbic Acid found in most skin care products, provides the same benefits, but it’s known to be very irritating and begins to oxidize and lose its benefits making a product usless. -
