All orders are shipped by Post. We fulfill orders within 1-3 business days of being placed over the website, after which you should receive your order within 2-3 days after it has been shipped. (Please note: the office is not open, and does not process or ship orders, on weekends or holidays). Shipping time varies according to distance from our offices. Backorder can happen periodically as we are a small batch cosmetic company. If this happens, we always notify you of the estimated ship date and appreciate your patience.
It’s simple. We charge you what the post office charges us and whatever the cost is for us to get the product to you safely without breaking. This varies in our shopping cart depending on which item(s) you order.
If within 30 days for some reason you are not satisfied with our products it is free, no questions asked. A refund will be issued minus shipping and 10% processing fee.
