Milk Mom’s supplement contains the fabulous six herbs; Nettle, Moringa, Raspberry Leaf, Alfalfa, Ashwagandha Root and Fennel Seed that encourage milk production and are called galactogogues – from the Greek word gala meaning “milk” and agogos “to lead”. HOW TO USE MILK MOM?
- Whisk together ¼ teaspoon in 1 oz of water twice a day and take as a shot on an empty stomach. You can also mix with your favorite beverage, smoothie or yogurt! Milk Mom comes with a gold measuring spoon but you can always use your own teaspoon if you prefer.
DOES MILK MOM HELP WITH COLIC?
- Absolutely, the benefits are not only for mom, but for baby too! As the contents pass through the breastmilk, it can help to soothe a colic or fussy baby.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO START WORKING?
- Most moms notice a change in milk production within a few days but it may vary from person to person.
HOW SOON AFTER BIRTH SHOULD I START TAKING THE PRODUCT?
- For parents with a history of low milk supply in a previous breastfeeding journey, beginning the supplement immediately postpartum may be appropriate. For first-time parents, however, we usually suggest playing it by ear if you have milk supply concerns.
IS IT SAFE TO TAKE WHILE PREGNANT?
- As with any herbs, out of caution, we don’t recommend taking Milk Mom while pregnant.
HOW LONG SHOULD I TAKE THE PRODUCT?
- It varies! Some moms use Milk Mom for a few weeks at a time to jump-start their milk supply and some take it for the duration of their breastfeeding journey.
DOES MILK MOM CONTAIN FILLERS?
- Never. Our products are free of additives and fillers. All you will find in Milk Mom is 100% herbs.
